2. Shipping Destinations
United States
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier deliveries.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order to obtain a shipping quote and confirm availability.
Future Expansion
We may expand shipping to additional regions in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping is free on most orders shipped within the continental United States.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Sales tax, when applicable, will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, transit times generally range from 5–8 business days depending on destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and product availability.
Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–11 business days from the date an order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Certain products may require additional processing or transit time. When applicable, product-page shipping estimates will override the general timeframes listed in this policy.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers and freight providers. Depending on the product size, destination, and shipping requirements, we may utilize UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, or similar delivery services.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
6. Freight Deliveries
Many sauna products are large items that ship via freight carrier.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, freight shipments are delivered using curbside delivery service only.
Customers are responsible for moving products from the curbside delivery location to their desired installation area.
Customers should ensure adequate access for delivery trucks and, if needed, sufficient assistance to move products after delivery.
Assembly, installation, electrical work, and setup services are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page or purchased separately.
7. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact us.
8. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@zenithsaunas.com or call +1 (214) 400-9609. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
Before contacting us, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided during checkout
- Check around your property
- Ask neighbors, household members, building management, or reception staff
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us, and we will assist with a carrier trace.
Damaged Shipments
For freight deliveries, customers should inspect packages upon arrival.
If visible damage is present:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
- Take photographs of the packaging and products
- Contact us as soon as possible
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs whenever possible.
We will work with the carrier and supplier to arrange a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.
9. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and details of the missing item.
We will investigate and arrange shipment of the missing item or another appropriate resolution.
10. Returns and Refunds
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
Refund Processing

Zenith Saunas is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
