At Zenith Saunas, we proudly offer premium sauna products from trusted manufacturers, including Golden Designs Inc. Our goal is to provide a transparent warranty process and help ensure your investment is protected.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All warranty coverage is provided directly by the product manufacturer. Warranty periods and terms vary by product model and manufacturer.

For many Golden Designs infrared sauna models, residential warranty coverage generally includes:¹

  • Heating Elements: Up to 5 Years
  • Electronics & Control Systems: Up to 5 Years
  • Wood Structure: 1 Year
  • Parts Coverage Included
  • Labor Not Included

For many Golden Designs traditional and outdoor sauna models, coverage generally includes:²

  • Wood Structure: Up to 5 Years
  • Control Panels & Wiring Harnesses: Up to 5 Years
  • Interior Lighting Components: Up to 5 Years
  • Sauna Heater/Stove: Covered by the heater manufacturer's separate warranty

Warranty terms may vary by model. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your specific product.

Warranty Registration

Customers are responsible for registering their product warranty with the manufacturer when required.

For Golden Designs products:

  • Warranty registration must be completed within 60 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Product serial number is required.
  • Failure to register within the required period may affect warranty eligibility.³

We recommend completing warranty registration immediately after receiving your sauna.

What Is Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship
  • Heating systems
  • Electronic components
  • Factory-installed parts

Coverage applies to normal residential use when products are installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions.¹²

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage typically does not include:

  • Labor costs
  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic wood expansion or contraction
  • Damage resulting from outdoor exposure of indoor-only models
  • Commercial use beyond stated warranty limitations
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers¹²

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product may be covered under warranty:

  1. Contact Zenith Saunas at support@zenithsaunas.com.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Include the product serial number if available.
  4. Our team will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer.
  5. The manufacturer will determine warranty eligibility and replacement part coverage.

Please note that final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer in accordance with their published warranty policies.

Limitation of Liability

Zenith Saunas does not independently provide product warranties unless explicitly stated. All manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations established by the respective manufacturer.

Zenith Saunas shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or warranty claims.
